TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2025
By Jane Wanjiku Kamau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jack Humphrey
Kamau, who died on 8th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2025
By George Kibutha Gichuru, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Shadrack Gichuru Kamau Kibutha alias
Gichuru Kamau Kibutha, who died on 2nd July, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
