in:
CAUSE NO. E414 OF 2024
By Patrick Wahira Gichue, of P.O. Box 7, Murang’a in Kenya, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Poulene
Wairimu Gichue, who died at Gikarangu, Kiamuri Sub-location, on
14th July, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2025
By Moses Mwangi Kombo, of P.O. Box 214, Maragua in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah
Wanjiku Kombo alias Lydia Wanjiku Kombo, who died at Ikundu, on
7th August, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E651 OF 2025
By (1) Mariam Kagendo Mwangi and (2) Benson Mbuthia
Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 88, Karura in Kenya, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Njoroge Mbuthia,
who died at Township, on 18th February, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
