TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023
By (1) Samuel Siloma Sakut and (2) Peter Sironi Sakut, both of P.O. Box 93, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nonkayami Sakut alias Nogayami ole Sakut alias Noongayami Sakut, who died at North Enkare, on 20th January, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Sokodei Enole Lankas and (2) Nalotuesha Enole Langas, both of P.O. Box 496-20500, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Lankas alias Kipingot ole Lankas, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 2014.

By Towett Ezekiel, of P.O. Box 77, Amalo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Malakwen Ngelechei, who died at Ilmotoiok, on 30th April, 2016.

By (1) Ian Lemmy Lempaa and (2) Edwin Simiren Lempaa, both of P.O. Box 496, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Lempaa Torome, who died at Narok Town, on 4th October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
