TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Charity Wango Ngunyi, (2) Judith Wamboi and (3) Michael Maina Ngunyi, all of P.O. Box 549-30200, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngunyi Maina, who died at Bahati Sub-location, on 14th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Fanwel Oduori Adang, of P.O. Box 596-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Waini Majumbi, who died at Sinyerere Sub-location, on 14th November, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
