TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E15 OF 2026
By Lydia Mutio Peter, of P.O. Box 50-90101, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muoki Makau, who died at Kavumbu, on 6th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO.E23 OF 2026
By Muamba Kioko, of P.O. Box 7, Iiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Muoki, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 1990.
CAUSE NO.E25 OF 2026

By (1) Rachael Nzisa Kunga and (2) Muli Kunga, both of P.O. Box 1-90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kunga Maundu, who died at Mukimwani Sub-location, 26th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO.E83 OF 2026
By (1) Scola Mumbua Mutevu and (2) Odillah Ndinda Kiluni, both of P.O. Box 1- 90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malia Kiluni Nzusyo, who died at Kiumi, on 15th November, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
