TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E34 OF 2026
By (1) Lenah Kikuyu Mbale and (2) Patrick Musili Mbulo, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Vundi Musili, who died at Hulugho, on 26th January, 2026.
CAUSE NO.E47 OF 2026
By Daniel Mwita Mungala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mungala Mwita alias Mungala Mwita alias Joseph Mungala Mwita, who died at Nairobi, on 9th October, 1992.
CAUSE NO.E51 OF 2026
By Mbiti Maithya Kilai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maithya Kilai alias Mutui Maithya, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 27th May, 1998.
CAUSE NO.E54 OF 2026
By Sammy Nzoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzoka Nzunze, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
