TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E104 OF 2025
By (1) Pamela Atieno Gengo and (2) Wilfrida Atieno Gengo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Gengu Oguth alias Philip Gengo, who died on 17th June, 2018.
CAUSE NO.E216 OF 2025
By Roseline Auma Odida, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhwia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odida Oloo, who died on 10th April, 1990.
CAUSE NO.E79 OF 2026
By Syprosa Aoko Mwaya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Dede Omachi, who died on 26th February, 2002.
CAUSE NO.E80 OF 2026
By Kennedy Omondi Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Obuya Ondula alias Tom Obuya Ondula, who died on 10th January, 2004.
CAUSE NO.E81 OF 2026
By Antony Obonga Ogalo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naman Yambo Ogutu, who died on 8th February, 2010.
CAUSE NO.E87 OF 2026
By (1) Jacob Olouch Orwa and (2) George Otieno Okello, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Alouch Orwa alias Gilbert Orua Alouch, who died on 30th June, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
