TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E84 OF 2026
By Silfanus Tabu Okelo, of P.O. Box 825-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Ajwang Okelo, who died on 12th August, 1993.
CAUSE NO.E127 OF 2026
By (1) David Otondi Mbai and (2) Henry Odhiambo Mbai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mbai Otondi alias Mbayi Otondi Mbai, who died on 21st November, 2004.
CAUSE NO.E133 OF 2026
By Kennedy Ikinyi Jenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenge Akechi alias Jenga Jackson Akech, who died on 19th January, 2006.
CAUSE NO.E135 OF 2026
By Joshua Ouma Owino, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Owino Okung’ alias Walter Owino Okung’, who died on 22nd October, 1997.
CAUSE NO.E137 OF 2026
By Dickens Orimba Edward, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stalone Ouma Orimba alias Orimba Stalone Ouma, who died on 10th July, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
