TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.221 OF 2025
By Faiz Said Ahmed, of P.O. Box 3028, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Ahmed Said, who died at Majengo, Mombasa, on 25th March, 2006.
CAUSE NO.E363 OF 2025
By Aswila Shimbwa Mwinyi Mvita, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulahi Barako Kuli, who died at Nairobi, on 1st November, 2020.
CAUSE NO.E1 OF 2026
By Sultan Abdulkadir Hubess, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulkadir Alabd Hubess, who died on 12th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO.E87 OF 2026
By (1) Fatuma Kalume Hamisi and (2) Khamis Mohamed Khamis, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalume Hamisi Katoto, who died at Mombasa, on 19th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO.E99 OF 2026
By Halima Ahmed Babu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shariff Alwi Shariff Abdalla, who died on 8th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
