By (1) Josphat Endire Kaduka and (2) Clarence Amoi Kaduka, both of P.O. Box 1072-01000, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and uncle, respectively, through Messrs. Injairu & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Anyango Opoya, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2025.

By Sylvester Owino Orende, of P.O. Box 44421-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, through Messrs. G. P. Francis Kabuchu, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wanjiru Kamau, who died at Parklands Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2025.

By Matthew Murage Muthigani, the deceased’s grandnephew, through Messrs. Lynn Wanjiru Ng’ang’a & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muthigani, who died at Kahawa West, on 4th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
