TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E514 OF 2024 (FORMERLY CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2024)
By (1) Janet Nzilani Mutuva and (2) Nicholas Mutuva, both of P.O. Box 40100-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, through Messrs. Maanzo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mutuva Mbinda, late of Kikini, who died there on 29th July, 2022.

By (1) Julian Njeri Njoroge and (2) Herzon Njoroge Mutharu, both of P.O. Box 21845-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Waweru Gatonye & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mutharu Mwangi, late of Kikuyu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2024.

By Lucy Nduta Kariuki, of P.O. Box 33009-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kariuki Kagwima, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2026
By Kerry Oguk Brian, of P.O. Box 109-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Matheka Oketeh, advocate, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Odhiambo Samuel Odhiambo, late of Loresho, Nairobi, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
