By Peres Ogola Ochuka, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Odero alias Margaret Anyango, who died on 11th June, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024
By Peres Ogola Ochuka, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Olwero Odero alias Olwero Odero, who died on 2nd September, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E574 OF 2025
By Colette Akinyi Tuju, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Okeyo Ogalo alias Ibrahim Okeyo, who died on 6th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E585 OF 2025
By Gordon Onyango Achieng, of P.O. Box 17, Paw Akuche in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Agola Achieng alias Agola Achieng, who died on 17th February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
