By Hellen Anyango Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Magudha Osiambe alias Magudha Osiambe, who died at Kobonyo West, on 8th September, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2026
By Joseph Ogalo Obonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaridi Roche alias Jactone Nyaridi, who died at North Kapuonja, on 15th July, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2026
By Hellen Anyango Ochieng, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risper Mula Were, who died at South Kapuonja, on 22nd June, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2026
By Peter Otieno Okore, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sicolastic Obiero Okore alias Scolastic Obiero Okore alias Sicolastica Obiero Okore, who died at Evans Health Center, on 9th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
