PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024
By (1) Linah Kamene Mutia and (2) Kanini Musango, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce Musango Mwendaka, who died at Ilusya, on 10th March, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By Koki Stephen Kisenges, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kisenges Nduuga, who died at Ikanga Location, on 9th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By (1) Syong’ombe Nyamai Kituku and (2) Simon Nyamai, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamai Kituku, who died at Mutomo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
