TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E385 OF 2025
By (1) Beril Achieng Odimbo and (2) Stanley Ochieng Odimbo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jalali Odimbo Avich, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E617 OF 2025
By (1) Margaret Auma Ongicho and (2) Risper Ongayo Angugo, both of P.O. Box 23, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Angugo Omogi alias Joshua Angugo, who died at East Karateng, on 3rd February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2026
By Titus Omondi Aboudha, of P.O. Box 1434-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Omondi Aboudha, who died on 12th September, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
