TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By Fredinadi Wanjiku Theiri, of P.O. Box 54-10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kirugo Thang’a, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Wangui Ngara, of P.O. Box 85-10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngara Kurema, who died at Gura, on 25th October, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Anthony Maina Mithanga, of P.O. Box 82, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thitho Mithanga, who died at Rukira Sub-location, on 13th June, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
