TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025
By Rose Wanjira Mwankii, of P.O. Box 650, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Gakuru, who died at Mutige, on 25th July, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Haniel Njogu Kabari, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Kabari Njogu, who died at Dandora, on 18th December, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By (1) Virginia Muthoni Waititu, (2) Nancy Wakabari Jamleck, (3) David Nyaga Njuru and (4) John Nduru Njuru, all of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamleck Njuru Nyaga, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 4th December, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
