TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Rasoa Nakhone Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Maina Wasari, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Christopher Wasike Sikauti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Zakayo Wafula alias Zakayo Wafula Wanyonyi, (2) Barasa Nanjali alias Adriano Barasa Sikauti and (3) Mukhebi Nanjali alias Frederick Mukhebi Sikauti, who died on (1) 3rd February, 2022, (2) 16th February, 1999 and (3) 3rd May, 2023, respectively.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Wamukota Mathews Benson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wamukota Wangusi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
