By (1) Damacline Kenunno Okinyi and (2) Eugene William Makokha, both of P.O. Box 36423–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Wafula Makokha, who died at Mombasa County Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2025
By (1) Zakayo Kwalya Cheloki and (2) Paul Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 19002, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bargeben Kandie, who died at Kapsait, on 21st June, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025
By (1) Teresia Bitengo James and (2) Philip Obiero, both of P.O. Box 809–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omundi Onchienku, who died at Nyabomo, Makindu, on 30th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
