TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Michael Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 7623–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florah Mukulu Ngumbao, who died at Elgonview, on 27th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By Elly Kipkemboi, of P.O. Box 433, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Jepkoech Rotich, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
