TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2023
By Esther Chesang Biegon, of P.O. Box 27, Kaptaugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipterer arap Mutai, who died at Simbi, on 26th December, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E580 OF 2025
By Paul Langat, of P.O. Box 20–20217, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Barchok Busienei, who died on 15th March, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
