TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E419 OF 2025
By Erick Kibeigon Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 83, Kapkatet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Kipkoros A. Chebabun alias Tito Kipkoros Chebobun, who died on 5th June, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E563 OF 2025
By Kibet Langat, of P.O. Box 70, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sowe arap Mutai, who died on 20th July, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
