TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Susan Waigumo Wambugu, of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kabacia Maingi alias John Kabacia, who died at Land Mawe, on 12th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Martin Mwangi Maina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marata Gachoki Kagunda alias Martha Gachoki Kagunda, who died at Chunguti, Mhuotetu Sublocation, on 22nd June, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Wilson Njogu Ngatia, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Njogu Macharia, who died at Sipili Location, on 25th November, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
