PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Patrick Mutisya Muema, of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muema Ngumu alias Muema Nguma alias Muema Ngove, who died at Mbilini, Kangundo, on 27th January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Raphael Musei Munguti and (2) Peter Kavita Nezve, both of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munguti Nduba alias Munguti Nduva, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
