TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Wairimu Muiruri, (2) Esther Wanjugu Kariuki, (3) Harriet Waithira Kuria and (4) James Nyutu Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Muiruri, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025
By Ruth Munyiha Gachonde, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Gachonde, who died at Gatong’ora, on 19th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
