CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Kariuki Mucheru and (2) Diana Nyambura Mucheru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wambui Mucheru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025
By Ann Wanjiru Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Peter Muriu Gitehi, who died on 4th June, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Simon Mahui Muchoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Muthoni Kimani, who died at Membley, on 23rd August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Jane Njoki Wachi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wachi a Miana, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
