TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Esther Ruguuru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 329, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Njuguna Rimui, who died at Matura, on 24th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By (1) Hannah Wanjiku Muriuki and (2) Charles Gichinga Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 50- 20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaak Muriuki Gichinga, who died at Kandutura, on 9th May, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) James Mwangi Kiniya and (2) John Wangombe Kiniya, both of P.O. Box 80- 20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wangui Gaturuku, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 28th July, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
