TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Agnes Kalondu Muibitbyo and (2) John Mutaba Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kamau Waweru, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Sarah Njeri Ndiucu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Muhu Gahturi alias Muhu Gahturi, who died at Nairobi, on 31st August, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
