CAUSE NO. E678 OF 2025
By (1) Peris Mumbi Thuku, (2) Joseph Muthaiga Kariuki and (3) David Muriithi Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 35437-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Thuku Kariuki, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2025.
