By (1) Benjamin Kiio Velenza and (2) Boniface Matheka Velenza, both of P.O. Box 35- 90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Nduli William, who died on 28th September, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2025
By Sammy Mulwa Wambua, of P.O. Box 528- 90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mulwa, who died on 3rd March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2025
By Julianah Mwende Mbelenzu, of P.O. Box 247- 90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius King’oo Kimeu, who died on 16th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2025
By Nicholas Mutuo Mututu, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Mututu Kikweo, who died on 14th March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
