TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2023
By Joseph Mutua Kikunzu, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikunzu Munuve, who died at Mbitini Location, on 19th March, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By Onesmus Mutua Mutia, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Kanyiva Muamba, who died at Kangweni Sub-location, on 8th December, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) Benjamin Mulwa Mulatya, (2) Julius Masai Mulatya, (3) Douglas Mueke Mulatya and (4) Gladys Mulewa Mulatya, all of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Mulatya Mutumbwa, who died on 9th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
