TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E532 OF 2025
By Vitalis Otieno Owour, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Owour Musiko, who died at Ambira, on 28th May, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E545 OF 2025
By (1) Wilkister Owiti Dongo and (2) Michael Mbinji Weme, both of P.O. Box 110, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dema Achieng, who died at Lihanda Sub-location, East Gem Location, Siaya, on 27th November, 1967.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
