TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By Leah Auma Manje, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Auma Manje, who died at Kanyamgony Sub-location, on 18th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By Biriak Kemunto Ndere, of P.O. Box 858- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndere Nyakeya, who died at Bosongo Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
