TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Julius Kiprotich Koech and (2) Sarah Chepngetchi Mutai, both of P.O. Box 27- 20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Rogony alias Kipkoech arap Rokony, who died on 23rd October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2026
By Geoffrey Kipketer, of P.O. Box 116, Songhoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipchumba Chichir, who died at Siloam Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2026
By Daniel Kibet Kimeto, of P.O. Box 95, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Cherono Tuei, who died at Kiplokyi, on 18th January, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
