TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E459 OF 2026
By Gladys Gesare Orangi, of P.O. Box 747-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Ondimu Matongo, who died on 31st December, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Esther Nyanchama Gekonge, of P.O. Box 4131-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Gekonge Nyandema, who died at Ichuni, on 29th February, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
