CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Dancan Tom Mokamba Nyabochoa, of P.O. Box 2617- 60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Bosibori Nyabochoa alias Teresia w/o Nyabochoa, who died at Gucha Cottage Nursing Home, on 5th July, 2001.

By Robert Mosoti Nyabwari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mose Mosoti, who died at Amabuko, on 10th December, 1973.

By Regina Chepkoros Nyanumba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nyanumba Omanga, who died on 10th August, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
