TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Samuel Gikungu Muchiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muchiri Mwangi, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Beatrice Wangeci Gakure, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Michael Gakure Mwihia alias John M. Gakure Mwihia, who died at Marimira Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Fraciah Nyambura Githa and (2) Naftali Maina Githa, both of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githa Juma, who died at Gakira, on 30th January, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
