TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Sammy Mwangi Kamau, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingston Kamau alias Livingstone Kamau Wachira, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Paul Muthui Muga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliza Wairimu Muga, who died at Muhotetu, on 1st March, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Mary Kwamboka Omae, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Moraa Kesola alias Eunice Muraa Kesola, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 1st March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
