TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024
By Faustine Tatu Wanyama, of P.O. Box 201, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Wanyama alias Zackary Wanyama Agoye, who died on 15th March, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025
By Margaret Athiambo Afande, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ochieno Kwome, who died on 5th May, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Joseph Onyango Bubolu, of P.O. Box 88, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Bubolu Muguna alias Obulu Muguma, who died on 7th January, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Peter Leonard Hayuhi, of P.O. Box 26, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Apondi Khayukhi, who died on 26th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
