PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By Mahmooda Yusuf Hasham Mohamed, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will and the last testament to the estate of Yusuf Hasham Mohamed, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Fatuma Warao Sala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wario Sala Guyo, who died at Acacia Sub-location, on 12th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
