TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2023
By (1) Abdirazak Abdullahi Jamaa and (2) Yusuf Abdullahi Jamaa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdullahi Haji Jamaa, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Ahmed Yusuf Harunany, the executor to the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mohamed Yusuf Haji, who died at Memon Medical Centre, on 23rd March, 2025.

By Hassanam Mohamed Jaffer Jagani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Jaffer Ahmed Jagani, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2025.

By Abdulkadir Mote Mohamed, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukiya Abdulrehman alias Rukia Mote Mohamed, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026
By Mohammedbai Ebrahim M. Adamji, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anwar Ebrahim Adamji, who died at Saifee Foundation Medical Centre, on 12th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
