TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025
By (1) Wahida Patwa Shah and (2) Shafique Nurdin Patwa, both of P.O. Box 76265- 00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nurdin Taherali Patwa, who died on 12th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Launi Mohamed Abubakar, of P.O. Box 24429- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habib Mohamed Habib Shathy, who died at Agha Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
