CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Kirti Ashok Bhagwandas Bhatia alias Bhatia Kirti Ashok Bhagwandas, of P.O. Box 42851- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of petition of written will of Ashok Bhagwandas Dayal alias Ashok Bhagwandas Dayal Bhatia, who died at Royal Beach Apartments, on 4th February, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Tamara Athuman Ganguma Nee Kirsten Elaine Reed, of P.O. Box 34131- 80118, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wendy Elaine Reed, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
