TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Rakeli Njeri Gachomo, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gachomo Gichuki, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 24th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Grace Wambui Mahugu and (2) Moses Hihu Mahugu, both of P.O. Box 66179- 00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mahugu Hihu, who died at Passenga, on 15th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
