TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Chepkemoi Ruto and (2) Andrew Kipngetch Rono, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ruto, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Josiah Kimutai arap Ruto and (2) Magdalene Cherono Test, both of P.O. Box 425, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Test, who died on 7th July, 1977.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Zacheus Korir and (2) David Cheruiyet Tuiya, both of P.O. Box 292, Chemaner in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkiriu Tuimising, who died Longisa County Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
