TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Philemon Kipkoskei Yegon, of P.O. Box 25, Sirwa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Biy, who died at Chepkumia, on 15th July, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Silas Madekwa Matutu, of P.O. Box 312, Kaimosi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monika Rianda, who died at Chebara, on 18th February, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By Silas Madekwa Matutu, of P.O. Box 312, Kaimosi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augusta Mwale Madudu, who died at Sabatia Health Centre, on 29th June, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
