By Joshua Ouru Chitwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mickael Ongaya Atengo alias Ongaya Atego, who died at Chiga, on 13th October, 1983.

By Rosemary Akinyi Aloo, of P.O. Box 1536- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Nguta Yoto alias Wilson N. Yoto, who died at Chiga Sub- location, on 11th August, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E394 OF 2025
By Athur Wango Oluga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawi Oluga Ogwang, who died at Migosi, on 26th August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E427 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Auma Achieng and (2) Benter Achieng Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Osele Ochiel, who died at Mayenya Sub- location, on 1st April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
