TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2026
By Aloyce Owuor Oriwo, of P.O. Box 102, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oriwo Mangiti, who died at Kagwa Sub- location, on 5th March, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2026
By Silas Ouma Were, of P.O. Box 157- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Were Odongo, who died at Kotieno, on 5th October, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Isaiah Lago Kabasa, of P.O. Box 27- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Kabasa Omuga alias Kabasa Omuga, who died at Kadik, on 15th January, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2026
By (1) Razia Adhiambo Rashid and (2) Musa Owili Rashid, both of P.O. Box 213- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rashid Atinga Madoro, who died at Kogweno Oriang, on 9th November, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
