TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Rose Anyango Wenane, of P.O. Box 14- 50106, Shiaida in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamisi Wenane alias Amisi Wenane Wanzwenu alias Amisi Wenane Anwenu, who died on 20th October, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Valentine Makokha Nganyi, of P.O. Box 600, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Anacetus Nganyi Wabwoto alias Bernard Nganyi Wabwoto, who died on 29th October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
