By Nakoche Edgar Tegere, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mabinda Ingala, who died at Ebunangwe Sub- location, on 10th August, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026
By Moah Mukangula Dingili, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonesi Musimbi Dingili, who died at Mahanga Sub- location, on 26th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026
By (1) Allan Ang’ong’a and (2) Margaret Makungu, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Luvai Angonga alias Hudson Luvai Ang’ong’a, who died at Kidundu, on 25th May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2026
By Doric Asami, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Olusala Obuyi alias Olusala Obuyi, who died at Ebusakami, on 5th July, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
